Spirit Week at Clive!

Starting this Friday Clive will have its annual Spirit Week. Clive's student council and the PTO work together to amp up the energy and school spirit. Each day will have a dress up theme. Annual tradition of Penny Wars will be open every morning and we'll culminate the week's activities with a Family Fun Night at the Science Center!

Dress up Days:

Friday, 3/8 - Pajama day (wear comfy clothes)

Monday, 3/11 - Character day (dress as favorite book, superhero, princess, ect)

Tuesday, 3/12 - Tiger Day (Clive gear, black/orange, tiger print)

Wenesday, 3/13 - Twin Day (Dress the same as your friends)

Thursday, 3/14 - Crazy Hair Day (Go wild)

Penny Wars: A favorite of Clive students for many years!

Bring your coins and bills to school during the week of Penny Wars to help your grade win. Pennies and bills ADD to your grade's total; Silver coins TAKE AWAY from another grade's total. The grade with the most money on Thursday, March 14th will win a prize. All funds raised will go toward all-school PTO sponsored activities.

Family Fun Night at the Science Center:

Join us 5:00-8:00pm at the Science Center on 401 W. MLK Jr Pkwy in Des Moines. This event is reserved for Clive Families. $5 per person, age 2 and under free - Cash preferred. Dinner will be available to purchase at the SCI cafe until 7:15pm. This event is meant for Clive families to get to know each other and have fun. This is not a fundraiser.
